固有免疫系统Toll-Like受体和炎性小体在炎症及衰老中的作用

摘要 Toll样受体(Toll-1ike receptors,TLRs)作为固有免疫系统受体之一,在启动和调节天然免疫及诱导获得性免疫中发挥重要作用。炎性小体也是固有免疫的重要组分,能被多种类型的病原体或危险信号所激活,在机体免疫反应和疾病发生过程中具有重要作用。
