摘要
从市场治理、而不是市场营销的角度看,退货制度有着丰富的经济学含义,它生成于买卖双方信息不对称条件下卖方对自己私有信息的主动性化解,是一种信息剩余制度,而信息剩余制度是一种由占有信息优势的交易主体对其优势信息采取自留、自用、自益和自损的制度安排,退货制度有效性的作用机理在于利益相容机制、利益平衡机制和剩余控制权机制的形成,具有低成本、高效果的效率优势,在很大程度上促进了市场交易。
The return system has rich economic information from the angle of market governance, not marketing perspec-tive on it. It generates the delusion under the condition of asymmetric information. It is a kind of information system of surplus. The surplus is composed of a transaction possession of information superiority on the advantage of information, self benefit and damage mechanism of institutional arrangements. The effectiveness of the system comes from the interests compatible mecha-nism, interest balance mechanism and residual rights of control mechanism. Its advantage is low cost and good effect.
