肺癌组织中CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白-α的表达变化及意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察转录因子CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白-α(C/EBPα)在肺癌中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用PV-9000免疫组织化学法,检测30例肺癌患者肺癌组织及其正常肺组织中C/EBPα的表达水平。结果 C/EBPα在肺癌组织中的表达较正常肺组织表达下调(χ2=28.71,P<0.05)。C/EBPα表达与肿瘤大小和肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。C/EBPα表达是肺癌患者5年总体生存率的独立预后影响因素,低表达患者平均生存期明显短于高表达患者。结论 C/EBPα在肺癌组织中低表达,与肺癌的大小、分化程度关系密切,可作为评估肺癌患者预后的有价值指标。
