TGF-β_1/Smads信号通路在高血压心肌纤维化中的调控机制研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 心肌纤维化(MF)是多种心血管疾病引发的病理损害,高血压是引发MF最主要的原因之一,MF是高血压导致心室重构的基本特征.形成高血压MF的机制较为复杂,受多种细胞生长因子的调控,并与肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)有关.在高血压MF形成过程中,转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)是与高血压MF的形成关系最密切的细胞因子之一,TGF-β1可促进胶原基因表达和心肌成纤维细胞的转化,进而导致心肌细胞外基质(ECM)合成、沉积增加,最终导致MF[1,2].TGF-β1/Smads信号传导途径与MF有着密切的关系,其通路的异常活化参与人类多种脏器纤维化的发病过程.本文对TGF-β1/Smads信号通路与高血压MF之间的关系及中医药防治高血压MF现状进行探讨,希望为高血压MF的中医药防治提供理论基础.
