钙蛋白酶小亚基1与肿瘤发生发展的关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 钙蛋白酶(calpains)是一种胞内半胱氨酸蛋白酶,主要由胞内Ca2+浓度的升高所激活.近年研究发现calpains与肿瘤细胞凋亡有关,活化后的calpains可通过剪切有关凋亡分子蛋白如Bcl-2、Bax、Bid和p53等,以及直接剪切并活化caspase-3、caspase-7等方式,从而参与调控肿瘤细胞凋亡的病理过程.calpains是由大小2个亚基共同构成,28道尔顿的钙蛋白酶小亚基1(calpain-s1,capn4)是其调节性小亚基,与80道尔顿的大亚基以异二构体的形式存在.capn4与肿瘤的关系日益受到重视[1-3].现将近年来有关capn4与肿瘤发生发展的关系做一综述.
