摘要
在与企业家深度访谈的基础上,文章采用因子分析法开发了一组用于界定中国企业社会责任的测量维度,构成为4种履责动机、5条履责特征以及11款与利益相关者有关的条目等三个大类共20个测量变量。这一结果反映了企业界对承担社会责任的期待和评价标准,为研究人员提供了一个测评企业履行社会责任程度和水平的工具,并基于交通运输行业进行了信度和效度的检验和评价,以保证研究结果对其他行业具有普遍适用性。
The paper develops a evaluating scale system to define corporate social responsibility (CSR) in China using factor analysis based on interviews with entrepreneurs in depth. The final evaluating scale system consists of 4 motives and 5 character-istics of CSR,as well as 11 issues related to stakeholders,which have 20 variables in total. The research results indicate the expectation and assessment standard of CSR in business circle. And they also provide researchers with an instrument, which can measure the degree and level of CSR of companies. Then the reliability and validity of the instrument are tested by transpor-tation industry in order to guarantee the results are adaptable for other industries.
