摘要
在转型经济的制度背景下,高管政治关联是影响企业价值和行为的重要因素。文章选取我国中小板上市的高新技术企业为样本,以2009-2011年为检验区间,考察政治关联、进入壁垒与企业技术创新的关系。结果表明,政治关联对技术创新存在积极的促进作用。进一步检验发现,进入壁垒在政治关联与技术创新中具有中介效应的作用。
The political connection among executives is an important factor affecting corporate values and behavior in the insti-tutional context of economic restructuring. The paper, selecting high-tech enterprises listed in the Small and Medium-sized Board from 2009 to 2011 as samples,carries out a study on the relationship among political connection,entry barrier and en-terprises’technological innovation. The results show that political connection has a positive role in promoting technological in-novation. It also shows that the entry barrier has an intermediary role in political connection and technological innovation by fur-ther examination.
