摘要
文章研究了回收产品再制造过程中企业的生产计划和市场需求相协调问题。利用系统动力学仿真工具对问题进行建模,给出了问题的因果回路图和存量流量图,然后模拟了系统的运行过程,最后分析了在不同需求条件下再制造能力的变化对企业绩效的影响。结果表明:在市场需求较高时,企业应提高新产品的生产能力以满足市场的需求;在市场需求较低时,企业应提高回收产品的再制造能力以使企业获利最大。
The paper focuses on the coordination problem between demand and production plan of enterprises in the process of recovery product remanufacturing. It builds a model for the problem with the help of system dynamic simulation tools and sets up the causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram of the problem. After simulating the process of operation of the system,the impact of the remanufacturing capability on corporate performance under different demands is analyzed. The results show that, if the market demand is higher,the enterprise should increase production capacity of new products to meet the demand;if the demand is lower,the enterprise should enlarge recycling remanufacturing capability to maximize its profit.
