基于结构方程模型的企业节能减排驱动力研究——以北京光机电一体化企业为例 被引量:2

A Study of Driving Forces for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Based on Structural Equation Model——The Cases of Optical,Mechanical and Electronic Integration Enterprises in Beijing

摘要 文章运用了结构方程的知识,对"两低一高"行业的企业节能减排驱动力进行了研究。首先通过对前人研究的研判,结合企业节能减排部门从业人员和专家学者意见,确立了制度环境、企业特征、企业效益和社会责任四个企业节能减排主要驱动力,在此基础上建立企业节能减排驱动力理论模型;然后对北京光机电一体化企业人员进行问卷调研,运用SPSS19.0对收集到的数据进行了信度和效度分析,运用AMOS17.0对理论模型进行了验证。结果表明,制度环境是企节能减排的最主要驱动力,企业特征和企业效益是企业节能减排的主要驱动力,社会责任对企业节能减排也有驱动作用,但作用较小。 The paper applies structural equation model to study driving forces for energy conservation and emission reduction of“two low and one high”enterprises. Firstly, it establishes four main driving forces for enterprises’ energy conservation and emission reduction,which are institutional environment,enterprise features,business benefits and corporate social responsi-bility, by studying previous researches and combining with opinions of staffs from energy conservation and emission reduction sectors and experts in the field. It also builds the theoretical model of driving forces for enterprises’ energy conservation and emission reduction based on the above study. Then, it conducts a questionnaire survey on staffs of optical, mechanical and electronic integration enterprises in Beijing, applies SPSS19.0 to analyze reliability and validity of data collected, and uses AMOS17.0 to verify the theoretical model. The results show that, the institutional environment is the most important driving force for enterprises’energy conservation and emission reduction,enterprise features and business benefits are the main driv-ing forces,and corporate social responsibility also plays a driving role though its effect is smaller.
