高中生伤害相关危险行为与家庭功能关系

Relationship between family function and injury-related risk behaviors among senior high-school students

目的探讨宁夏银川市高中生伤害相关危险行为与家庭功能关系,为高中生伤害相关危险行为的干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法抽取银川市8所高中共计1 448人,使用青少年伤害相关危险行为调查表(高中版)和家庭功能评估量表对其进行伤害相关危险行为和家庭功能调查。结果银川市高中生1年内伤害相关危险行为总发生率为77.3%,8种伤害相关危险行为前3位是喝酒(50.3%)、打架(23.3%)、吸烟(17.2%),且男生高于女生(P<0.05);家庭功能障碍者占29.9%,家庭功能障碍的高中生喝酒、打架、网瘾伤害相关危险行为发生率分别为56.5%、32.8%、21%,高于家庭功能良好者的47.8%、19.3%、14%(均P<0.05);家庭功能中合作度、亲密度与打架伤害相关危险行为的发生有关,情感度与吸烟、喝酒伤害相关危险行为的发生有关(均P<0.05)。结论家庭功能中合作度、亲密度、情感度与高中生打架、吸烟、喝酒伤害相关危险行为的发生有关。

Objective To explore the relationship between family function and injury-related risk behaviors among senior high-school students for injury intervention in the studetns. Methods A total of 1 448 senior high-school students selected with stratified random cluster sampling from eight high-schools in Yinchuan city were surveyed with adolescent injury-related risk behaviors questionnaire for high-school students and family adaptability, partnership, growth, affection, and resolve（APGAR） scale. Results In the students the overall incidence of injury-related risk behaviors was 77.3% ; the top three incidences of the injury-related risk behaviors were alcohol drinking （ 50. 3% ）, fighting （ 23.3% ）, and smoking（ 17.2% ） ,with the higher incidences in the males than in the females（P 〈0. 05 for all）. For the students from dysfunctional families （29. 9% ）, the incidences of alcohol drinking （56. 5 % ）, fighting （32. 8% ）, and interenet addiction （21.0%）were higher than those of the students with good family function（P 〈0. 05 for all）. The incidence of fighting injury-related risk behaviors was affected by partnership（ P 〈 0. 01 ） and resolve（ P 〈 0.05 ） and the incidences of smoking and alcohol drinking injury-related risk behaviors were affected by partnership and affection in family functions （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The incidences of fighting, smoking and alcohol drinking injury-related risk behaviors are affected by family partnership, affection, and resolve.
