Design of Injection Mould for Comb Board

摘要 分析了蓖板的结构和其成型模具的设计要求,设计了开模时由两个斜导柱驱动前侧型腔块实现向外抽出,推出机构推出塑件的同时推动三瓣拼合式斜滑块凹模沿三个方向向外侧抽出的主要模具结构;浇注系统采用与开模方向成8°夹角的主流道,以便在主型芯内部最佳位置设置竖向冷却水孔和凝料推料杆,采用潜伏式浇口从塑件的内侧进料,提高了塑件的外观质量;冷却系统采用循环式冷却水道和在高度较大且横向尺寸较小的主型芯内设置喷射式冷却方式,有效提高了模具生产率。 The design requirements of structure and forming mould for comb board were analyzed; the die opening was realized by drawing out two oblique guide column drive front cavity block, and the main mould structure with pushing mechanism of ejecting plastic parts and pushing three split type inclined slider die out simultaneously along three directions was designed. The gating system is adopted with main channel at 8° with the parting direction to set the vertical cooling water hole and condensed material pushing rod, and the submarine gate feeds from the inner side of the plastic parts for improving the appearance quality of plastic parts; Cooling system uses a circular cooling water channel and the main core in larger height and smaller lateral dimension within the set of jet cooling mode in order to improve the mould productivity.
