摘要
风湿病的病因及发病机制颇复杂,治疗也有相当困难。基因疗法是在生物学技术基础上发展起来的一种新的疗法。本文从基因疗法的概念,有抗风湿作用的基因,抗风湿基因的转染方式,载体的选择和改进,如何获得持久的并可调节的基因表达,基因疗法的安全性,以及基因疗法在类风湿关节炎(RA)和其他各种风湿病治疗上的应用近况等各个方面进行综述。这一新疗法令人鼓舞,有着极好的开端和宽广的应用前景。
Rheumatic diseases are complex and correspondingly difficult fo treat. Gene therapy is a new provinsion from development of biology' s technique.This is a strategy with wide potential application in autoimmune diseases. Which genes might be antirheumatic, where these genes should be transferred, how we should edliver the genes, how we can achieve long - term, regulated gene expression and if gene therapy is safe, all were reviewed.
