新安鼻渊方对兔急性鼻窦炎的防治作用

Preventive and therapeutic effects of Xin'an Biyuan Fang on acute sinusitis in rabbits

目的:观察新安鼻渊方对兔急性鼻窦炎的防治作用。方法:不完全堵塞上颌窦窦口并注入金黄色葡萄球菌建立兔急性鼻窦炎模型。1周后,新安鼻渊方[7.6,3.8,1.9 g(生药)·kg-1],灌胃给药,连续1周。观察兔一般表现及鼻窦炎症状评分、血液WBC中性粒细胞(N%),鼻窦部细菌培养和病理组织学检查。观察新安鼻渊方对二硝基氟苯(DNFB)复制小鼠迟发性超敏反应模型的影响;观察新安鼻渊方对环磷酰胺复制小鼠免疫功能低下模型的影响。结果:与模型组相比,新安鼻渊方各剂量组鼻窦炎症状评分、血液WBC、N%均明显降低,细菌阳性率也明显下降,鼻窦部病理组织学检查较模型组明显改善。新安鼻渊方可以显著增强小鼠迟发型超敏反应,部分恢复环磷酰胺引起的小鼠免疫功能低下。结论:新安鼻渊方对兔实验性鼻窦炎有防治作用,有一定的增强免疫作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Xin＇an Biyuan Fang on acute sinusitis in rab- bits. METHODS The maxillary sinus ostium was plugged incompletely and Staphylococci aureus were injected to establish a- cute sinusitis model in rabbits. After 1 week, Xirfan Biyuan Fang （7.6, 3. 8, 1.9 g crude drug kg- 1 ） were given i. g. continu- ously to the rabbits for 1 week. The physical signs, sinusitis symptoms score, WBC, N% in blood, sinuses bacteria culture, pathological changes in rabbits were investigated. The effects of Xin＇an Biyuan Fang on delayed hypersensitivity reactions were investigated in mice induced by DNFB; the effects of Xircan Biyuan Fang on immune-suppression were investigated in mice in- duced by cyclophosphamide. RESULTS Compared with model group, the sinusitis symptoms score, WBC,N% in blood of dif- ferent dose Xin＇an Biyuan Fang groups were decreased significantly, the bacteria positive rate was decreased too, and patholog- ical change of sinuses in rabbits were alleviated. Xin＇ an Biyuan Fang could strengthen the delayed hypersensitivity in mice, could partly restore the immunologic function in mice inhibited by eyclophosphamide. CONCLUSION Xin＇an Biyuan Fang has preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental sinusitis in rabbits, enhance immunity.
