某院消化内科住院患者用药情况分析

Analysis on the hospitalized-patients' drugs utilization in gastroenterology department of our hospital

目的:研究某院消化内科住院患者的用药情况,并进行临床应用评价,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2011年7月-2012年6月某院消化内科住院患者的用药品种、数量、金额、用药时间等进行回顾性统计和分析。结果:消化内科住院患者疾病诊断排前3位的是上消化道出血、十二指肠球部溃疡、急性胃肠炎;用于治疗消化系统疾病的药物,用量排在前15位的有10种,用药金额排前15位的只有2种,DDDs排前15位的有9种。结论:某院消化内科住院患者以消化系统疾病为主,临床用药基本合理,但也存在一些不合理现象。

OBJECTIVE To study the hospitalized-patients＂ drugs utilization in gastroenterology department of our hospital and evaluate the clinical medication rationality, so as to provide a scientific basis for rational drug use. ,METHODS Category of drugs, consumption amount, consumption sum and administration time of hospitalized-patients in gastroenterology department of our hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The top 3 diseases in the list of diseases di agnosis were upper gastrointestina! bleeding, duodenal ulcer and acute gastroenteritis. Of the top 15 drugs in the list of con- sumption amount, 10 species of drugs were used for the treatment of digestive diseases. Of the top 15 drugs in the list of con- sumption sum, only 2 species were used in the treatment of digestive diseases. Of the top 1_5 drugs in the list of DDDs, 9 spe des were used for the treatment of digestive diseases. CONCLUSION Hospitalized-patients in gastroenterology department mainly suffer from digestive diseases. Clinical use of drugs is basically reasonable , however, there exists irrationality in drug use.
