特殊使用级抗菌药物临床会诊案例分析

Case analysis of clinical consultation of special grade

目的:探讨临床药师在特殊使用级抗菌药物临床会诊中的作用。方法:对4例临床药师参与临床会诊的典型案例进行总结与分析。结果:临床药师通过熟练掌握病原菌的特点及抗菌药物的药理学特性,准确分析感染的特征,提出合理化建议。结论:临床药师利用专业特长,优化抗感染治疗方案,减少不良反应及细菌耐药性的产生,促进特殊使用级抗菌药物合理使用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the clinical consultation of special grade antibiotics. METHODS In four typical cases, the clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical consultation of special grade antibiotics, the usage of antibiotics were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS By means of skillfully mastering the characteristics of pathogen and the pharmacological properties of antibiotics, the clinical pharmacists analyzed the characteristics of infection, and put forward valuable proposals. CONCLUSION Utilizing the pharmacists＂ specialties, clinical pharmacists can optimize the programs of anti- infection treatment, reduce the production of adverse reactions and bacterial resistance, and promote the ra- tional use of special grade antibiotics.
