放疗前、中c-myc蛋白表达与宫颈癌细胞凋亡和增殖的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨在放射治疗前、中宫颈癌细胞c-myc基因表达与细胞凋亡和增殖的关系。方法:对 48例宫颈癌患者分别于放疗前、放疗 20Gy/2周取活检,石蜡包埋。应用原位DNA缺口未端标记法(TUNEL)检测细胞凋亡,应用免疫组化法对c-myc蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)进行检测。结果。 48例宫颈癌患者放疗前、放疗 20Gy凋亡阳性率分别为67%、85%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。放疗前c-myc蛋白阳性表达率为 78%,PCNA阳性表达率为86%,放疗20Gy其表达率分别为43%和55%,放疗前、中比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。放疗20Gy c-myc蛋白表达与凋亡有明显相关性。放疗前及放疗20Gy c-myc蛋白表达与PCNA表达有相关性。结论:c-myc蛋白表达与宫颈癌细胞增殖有关,亦与放射诱导宫颈癌细胞凋亡有关。
