复方中药清宫药抗炎药理学研究

Study on the anti-inflammatory effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine Qinggong Yao in vivo

为了研究清宫药的抗炎药理学作用,观察清宫药对炎症反应的影响,在实验室条件下建立了小鼠耳肿胀模型、足肿胀模型、毛细血管通透性模型和纸片肉芽肿模型。结果表明,清宫药对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性增加、鸡蛋清引起的足跖肿胀及炎症介质前列腺素E2(PGE2)的渗出和纸片引起的肉芽增生均有明显的抑制用。提示清宫药具有明显的抗急、慢性炎症效应作用,其抗炎作用主要是通过抑制炎症介质的产生而实现。

Mice auricle edema model, mice metatarsal swelling model, capillary osmosis model and granuloma model were established to study the anti-inflammatory effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine Qinggong Yao in vivo. The results showed that Qinggong Yao could markedly inhibit such inflammatory reac.tion as xylene-induced swelling of mice auricle, acetic-aicd-induced effusion of Evans Blue in abdomen, egg albumen-induced mice metatarsal swelling, PGE2 level in inflammatory fect and paper-induced grenuloma. It is concluded that Qinggong Yao present good inhibition effect on both acute inflammation and chronic inflammation by inhibiting inflammation mediators.
