摘要
研究分析了ICH、偏差测定法和IUPAC关于检出限的概念和测定方法,通过样品试验比较了几种测定方法的差异,为兽用中药质量标准分析方法验证中检出限的实际测定工作提供参考。
The concept and measurement methods on detection limit, such as ICH, deviation assay and methods of IUPAC were analyzed. Based on this, some samples were tested to compare the different measurement methods. The results would provide reference for the detection limit measurement of veterinary medicine quality standards.
