中药多糖对雏鸡外周血中性粒细胞吞噬力的影响

Effects of polysaccharide extracted from traditional Chinese medical herbs on the phagocytosis of neutrophile granulocyte in peripheral blood of chickens

将260只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为13组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及中药复方多糖、黄芪多糖(APS)、当归多糖(ASP)、淫羊藿多糖(EPS),连续注射7 d,于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血,检测外周血中性粒细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数。试验结果表明,中药复方多糖、APS、ASP、EPS各试验组外周血中性粒细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数明显升高;并且中药复方多糖对外周血中性粒细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数的影响显著高于其他各多糖组。

Two hundred and sixty one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into thirteen groups with 20 in each group.Then the chickens were hypodermic injected with physiological saline, Chinese herb compound polysaccharides,Astragalus polysaccharides （APS） ,Angelica sinensis polysaccharides （ASP） and Epimedium Herb polysaccharides （EPS）, respectively, for seven days continuously. Blood samples were collected on 7th,14th,21st,28th,35th,42th,49th and 56th to evaluate the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of neutrophile granulocyte in peripheral blood. The results showed the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index were increased after the use of Chinese herbs compound polysaecharides, APS, ASP and EPS to the c.hickens.Moreover,Chinese herbs compound polysaccharides present ,nore effective function on promoting the phagocytosis of neutrophile granulocyte in peripheral blood of chickens than others.
