The Effects of Interpretation Bias Modification on College Students' Public Speech Anxiety

摘要 目的:探讨解释偏向矫正对演讲焦虑个体的干预效果。方法:以77名演讲焦虑的大学生为被试,实验组和安慰剂组的被试接受四次、为期两周的解释偏向矫正干预。结果:两周干预后实验组演讲焦虑症状的改善程度显著高于安慰组和控制组,实验组在演讲者信心自评量表的生理行为、情绪情感和语言思维三个维度上均有显著改善,安慰剂组仅在演讲者信心自评量表的生理行为和情绪情感两个维度上出现显著差异,控制组没有显著变化;在生理指标上,实验组的脉搏变化在干预前后存在显著差异,安慰剂组不存在显著差异;实验组和安慰剂组的血压变化在干预前后均不显著。结论:解释偏向矫正的方法对缓解演讲焦虑有一定的效果。 Objective: To reveal the intervention effects of interpretation bias modification(IBM) on public speaking anx- iety. Methods: 77 students with high public speech anxiety were enrolled and assigned into the experimental group and the placebo group both received four times of IBM therapy in two weeks. Results: Experimental group' s Speech anxiety symp- toms improved better than the placebo group and control group after intervention. The experimental group showed signifi- cant improvements on physiological behavior, emotions and feelings, and Language of thinking, but the placebo group only showed significant improvements on physiological behavior as well as emotions and feelings. The control group had no change. On physiological indicators, experimental group, but not the placebo group had significant differences on pulse variation after intervention. The experimental group and the placebo group showed no significant differences on blood pres- sure' s changes after intervention. Conclusion: IBM intervention can release the public speaking anxiety.
