摘要
目的:从身体、社会和心理三个层面,以及自我态度和一般态度两个角度来探讨老年人的老化态度及其与心理健康的关系。方法:对722名老年人施测老化态度问卷和流调中心抑郁量表。结果:①老年人体验到的积极身体变化和心理获得显著高于心理社会丧失;自我老化态度比一般老化态度更积极。②老年人体验到的心理社会丧失和身体变化对其抑郁有显著预测作用,但体验到的心理获得与之无关。③老年人的自我老化态度较一般老化态度可更有力地预测其抑郁水平。结论:老年人对年老的积极评价多于消极评价;老化态度与心理健康关系紧密。
Objective： To explore the relationship between the attitudes toward aging and depression among older adults. Methods： Totally 719 Chinese aged adults were recruited to finish the Attitudes to Aging Questionnaire（AAQ） and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale（CES-I））. Results： （1）The aged adults experienced more positive physical changes and psychological growth than psychosocial loss; （2）Psychosocial loss and physical changes, but not psy- chological growth, significantly predicted depression; （3）General-attitude and self-attitude significantly predicted depression. Conclusion： Chinese aged adults＇ attitude toward aging is quite positive, which may effectively protect against depression.
