摘要
将原位统计分布分析技术与激光诱导击穿光谱法(LIBS)相结合,对Φ12mm 77B盘条的横截面和纵截面进行了成分分布研究,对主要元素的偏析进行了统计定量分析,并结合其微观组织对不同元素在其线材中的分布规律进行了探讨。发现碳、铬、锰、硅均存在较为明显的中心偏析,横截面和两个纵剖面的分布结果较为一致。通过对心部金相组织进行观察,发现碳、锰和铬较为严重的中心偏析是由于中心聚集的网状碳化物引起,而帘线钢中的夹杂物以硅系夹杂物为主,也导致了硅分布的不均匀。
Original position statistic distribution analysis technology combined with laser induced breakdown spectrometry was used for the study of component distribution in the cross and longitudinal section of 77B wire rod and the segregation degrees of main elements were quantitatively calculated.The distribution law of different elements in wire rod was discussed combined with its microstructure.It was found that there was serious central segregation in the rod for C,Cr,Mn and Si and the distribution results from the cross section and the longitudinal section are similar.Through the observation of metallographic structure,it could conclude that serious central segregation of C,Cr and Mn was caused by the network carbide concentrated in the center of the rod and the silicon inclusion existed in the tire cord steel also resulted in the inhomogeneous distribution of Si.
