摘要
研究了 3种扩大囊覆盖面积抗荷服的热负荷。这 3种抗荷服的抗荷囊覆盖下体面积分别为43 % ,6 5 %和 90 % (以下用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组表示 )。 5名健康男性战士分别在 30 ,35 ,40℃环境中穿着 3组装备暴露 6 0或 90min。测量心率、皮肤温度、直肠温度、出汗量等。以综合热应激指数 (CIHS)评定热应激程度。受试者的心率、皮肤温度、直肠温度、出汗量均随着环境温度的升高而增加。各种生理指标的变化均以Ⅲ组为大。受试者配穿Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组装备在 30℃环境中 90min时的CIHS分别为 3 31,3 0 8,3 6 1,均属轻度热应激 ;35℃条件下 90min时的CIHS分别为 4 86 ,4 49,5 15 ,均属中度热应激 ;40℃暴露第 6 0min时的CIHS分别为 5 77,5 47,6 0 8,均已接近重度热应激。以上结果提示 ,配穿扩大囊覆盖面积的抗荷服 ,必须通风散热 ,否则 ,限制热暴露时间。另外 。
The heat loads of three extended bladder coverage anti G suit(EBCAGS)were studied.The coverage of lower body of EBCAGS ranged 43%,65%,and 90% for groupⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ respectively.Five healthy male soldiers voluntarily wearing three EBCAGS were exposed to 30℃,35℃ and 40℃ for 60 or 90 min.Heart rate,rectal temperature,skin temperature and sweat quantity etc were determined.Heat stress was evaluated according to combined index of heat stress(CIHS).All physiological variations in group Ⅲ were the biggest.Each of above mentioned physiological indexes increased as the environmental temperature raised.The CIHSs of the subjects wearing group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 30℃ for 90 min were 3 31,3 08 and 3 61 respectively, i e light heat stress.While at 35℃ for 90 min,the CIHSs were 4 86,4 49 and 5 15 respectively,belonging to moderate heat stress.The CIHSs at 40℃ for 60 min were 5 77,5 47 and 6 08 respectively,approaching to serious heat stress.Obviously,pilots wearing EBCAGS must be ventilated.In addition,the heat load of the body separated anti G suit was less than the body joined one.
