摘要 针对船载危险品集装箱监测对象种类多且频繁变换的实际情况,结合无线传感器网络技术的特点,设计了一种基于JN5148模块的用于船载危险品集装箱监测的无线传感器网络节点。简要介绍了监测系统总体方案,重点阐述了无线传感器网络节点的软硬件设计,其中监测节点通过复用I2C总线实现传感器模块的即插即用,提高了监测系统的灵活性和实用性。测试结果表明监测节点能准确识别并读出传感器模块数据且节点功耗较低,满足船载危险品集装箱监测的实际需求。 Monitoring targets of hazardous goods in shipping containers are various and changed constantly.Taking account of the fact and combined with the characteristics of the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN),a design scheme of WS.nodes for monitoring hazardous goods in shipping containers based on the JN5148 RF module was proposed.The monitoring system was briefly introduced.The hardware and software design of WS.nodes were especially described.The Plug-and-Play of sensor modules which was implemented by reusing the I2C bus of monitoring nodes improves the flexibility and practicability of the monitoring system.The result of tests indicates that the monitoring nodes can accurately identify and read the sensor modules,and their power consumption is low.The nodes and sensor modules can satisfy the requirement of monitoring hazardous goods in shipping containers.
