基于LabVIEW的汽车空调压力开关性能检测系统

Automotive Air Conditioning Pressure Switch Performance Testing System Based on LabVIEW

以某款汽车空调压力开关为研究对象,研制了一套基于LabVIEW语言和PCI-1718数据采集卡的汽车空调压力开关性能测试系统。系统通过LabVIEW语言和数据采集卡,实现汽车空调压力开关性能测试的自动化。实验结果表明,测试系统的测试时间比传统检测方法缩短了90%,测试精度和自动化程度均得到显著提高。

Taking a vehicle air conditioning pressure switch as the research object,a set of air conditioning pressure switch performance testing system is developed.With the help of LabVIEW language and PC I-1718data acquisition card,the air pressure switch performances can be automatically tested through the system.Compared with the traditional test method,the experimental results show that the testing time of this system was reduced by 90％,and the test accuracy and automation degree are dramatically improved.
