摘要
为更好地指导航道尺度优化设计,以航道挖泥费与船舶待泊、泊位闲置损失费之和最小为目标,提出了沿海进港航道通航水位仿真优化模型框架。该框架由船舶航行作业仿真模型和航道通航水位优化程序组成,优化程序生成新的可行解、输入仿真模型,并调用仿真模型的仿真结果计算目标函数值;仿真模型将给定输入的仿真结果反馈给优化程序。应用实例表明该模型框架合理有效,可为航道尺度优化提供依据。
In order to guide the optimized design for the dimensions of a channel, while minimizing the sum of dred-ging costs, the vessel berth-awaiting loss and the idle loss of the berth as the target, a simulation-based optimization model framework of the navigable water level in a coastal entrance channel is proposed. The framework is composed of the simulation model of vessel navigation and the optimization program for the navigable water level of the chan-nel. The optimization program generates a new feasible solution, inputs it into and invokes the simulation model, the objective function value is obtained from the simulation results; the simulation model will feed back the given input simulation results to the optimization program. The application case shows that the model framework is reason-able and effective, which may provide the basis for the optimization of the channel dimensions.
