摘要
大伙房水库输水(二期)工程隧洞预应力锚具钢绞线防腐施工,采用SLF-2型无溶剂双组份环氧涂料进行防腐施工。结合工程实际,介绍其施工技术及质量控制要点。实践证明:采用该防腐材料防腐无毒、环保、施工简单、造价低、防腐效果好。
For anticorrosion construction of prestressed anchorage steel strand in tunnel of 2nd-stage work of Dahuofang water transmission project, SLF-2 type solvent-free two-component epoxy coating was applied. Combined with the actual conditions of the project, an introduction was made on the construction technology and quality control. The results of application demonstrate that this kind of coating has good anticorrosion effects, renders no envi- ronmental pollution and less cost, permits convenient constrction.
