The Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas in Central Plains Economical Zone Construction

中原经济区建设应成为我国新型城镇化引领的新型工业化、新型城镇化和农业现代化"三化"协调发展的示范区。应坚持城市和乡村统筹发展,逐步缩小城乡差别,使城市和乡村在户籍制度、公共品供给、就业市场、社会保障及金融服务等方面逐步实现一体化的发展。

Central plains economical zone should become the model zone of the coordinating development of new industralization ,new urbanization and agricultural modernization directed by new urbanization .We should make overall plan in urban and rural areas and bridge the gap between urban and rural areas so as to make cities and villages develop coordinately in household register system ,product provision,job market,social security and financial services .
