摘要
庄周聘相的历史性问题一直以来为学者所关注，从对《史记＆#183;老子韩非列传》和前人考证的考察来看，庄周聘相的可能性基本没有，这就确定了庄周聘相的性质是寓言而非史实。
The historic problem of Zhuang Zhou＆#39;s appointment as prime minister has been attracting the attention of scholars .From the“The Historical records ,Lao Tzu and biographies of Han Fei” and previous research ,Zhuang Zhou was impossibily appointed as prime minister.This determines the nature of Zhuang Zhou＆#39;s appointment is a fable rather than historical facts .
