以古文擅名的侯方域,生活于科举制度盛行的明清之际,他出身于科举世家,少年时就以时文闻名海内。他批判以八股文为主的取士制度,追求八股文的文学性。
The system of Imperial civil Examination is very popular in Ming and Qing Dynasties .Hou Fangyu,who is well-known clas-sical essay,was born in the family where many pepole were good at eight -part essay.He critized the system of Imperial civil Examina-tion and run after eight -part essay’s literature.
