摘要
通过对稻谷和小麦不同加工程度样品的镉含量检测实验,探讨加工程度对粮食镉含量的影响问题。实验结果表明,加工程度对降低稻谷镉含量的降低影响仅为17.8%,而对小麦的影响为46.5%。所以,加工程度只能转变镉含量轻微超标粮食的可食用性,而要想从根本上解决粮食镉超标问题,必须从种植环节中入手,切实控制土壤及水源污染。
We try to discuss the influence of the different processing degrees on the cadmium content of grain through a series of tests of the paddy and wheat samples.The test results show that the deep processing only decreases 17.8% for the cadmium content of paddy,and 46.5% for wheat.Therefore the degree of processing can only change the edibility of the lightly cadmium polluted grain,and we must start from the planting stage to solve the cadmium pollution problem of grain fundamentally by controlling the soil and water pollution effectively.
