摘要
介绍11.00R20 16PR长途耐久型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 081mm,断面宽288mm,行驶面宽度236mm,行驶面弧度高6.8mm,胎圈着合直径508mm,胎圈着合宽度216mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.091,花纹深度15.5mm,花纹饱和度72.47%,采用4条纵向曲折条形花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型,双模蒸汽硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,高速性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 11.00R20 16PR long-distance and endurance truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 081 mm, cross-sectional width 288 mm,width of running surface 236 mm,height of running surface 6.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 508 mm,bead width at rim seat 216 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1. 091,pattern depth 15.5 mm,block/total ratio 72.47%,and 4 longitudinal zigzag pattern grooves. In the construction design,the following processes were taken.two-formula and two-piece extruded tread,3+9 ×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,3 X 0.20+6 X 0.35HT steel cord for 1^# belt ply,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 2^# and 3^# belt ply,3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 4 ^# belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using double mold steam vulcanizer to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard, and the high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
