摘要 对危重病人的长期监护以人工为主,监控的及时和准确很难满足医生对危重病人状况实时掌握和诊疗的需求;设计并实现了一套基于物联网技术的智能监护系统,完成了物联网系统的硬件设计、软件平台搭建及联调组网测试,以基于S3C6410的Linux和ARM11 CPU S3C6410系统为平台开发了系统的软件平台,采集心脏功能24小时动态监测仪,以血压、心跳、脉搏、等基础数据作为监护网络系统感知设备,联调测试中通过物联网感知层采集监护对象信息,利用物联网中的网络层实现信息传输,最终进入物联网应用层专家系统分析;通过三层物联网组网及测试结果表明,整个系统有很好的实时性、测试的准确性比传统系统提高了24.3%,并且具有网络稳定性,设计理念和测试效果具有很好的应用性能。 Artificial long--term monitoring for the critically ill patient is very difficult to meet the doctor of real--time control and diagno- sis and treatment; Was designed and implemented a set of intelligent monitoring system based on Internet of things technology, completed the hardware design, the software platform of the Internet of things system and network test of alignment and based on S3C6410 Linux and ARMll S3C6410 CPU system is developed with the platform of system software platform, collection and cardiac function 24 hours dynamic monitor, basic data such as blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, as sensing equipment monitoring network system, alignment test through the Internet of things in the perception layer collected monitoring object information, using the information transmission on the network layer in the fnternet of things, eventually entering the Internet of things application layer analysis of expert system; Through three layers of the In- ternet of things networking and test results show that the system has good real--time performance, testing accuracy was 24. 3% higher than that of traditional system, and with the network stability, design idea and the test result has the very good application performance.
