摘要
针对铝电解槽电流分布采集系统的布线方便和低功耗要求,提出了一种采用新型芯片CC430F5137单片机设计的电流分布采集系统;系统主要由现场数据采集设备和终端数据处理设备组成;详细阐述了单片机控制模块设计、数据采集模块设计和无线通信模块设计,结合铝电解槽电流分布的测量要求,给出了系统硬件设计框图、软件流程图和详细的SimpliciTI用户层通信协议;多次实验表明,各模块设计合理,系统运行稳定;该方案简单可行,具有较好的应用推广价值。
For aluminum cell current distribution acquisition system wiring convenience and low power requirements, a new type of chip CC430F5137 was proposed to design the current distribution acquisition system. Field data collection system consists of data--processing e- quipment and terminal equipment. Elaborated MCU control module design, data acquisition module design, and wireless communication mod- ule design that combines aluminum cell current distribution measurement requirements, given the system hardware design diagram, flow chart of software and specific SimpliciTI user layer communication protocol. Several experiments show that the rational design of each mod- ule, the system is stable. The program is simple and feasible, with good application value.
