摘要
目的建立茵栀黄口服液中血型物质含量的检测方法。方法采用微柱凝胶检测技术对茵栀黄口服液中血型物质的含量进行检测,比较茵栀黄口服液与抗血清中和反应前后抗-A、抗-B抗体效价的变化情况。结果中和反应前后抗-A抗体效价无变化,而抗-B抗体效价降低,证实茵栀黄口服液内含有B血型物质,不含A血型物质。结论微柱凝胶检测技术检测血型物质含量的敏感性高,操作方便;茵栀黄口服液中含有B血型物质,为早期干预治疗母婴血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病提供了理论依据。
Objective To establish a detection method of blood-group substances in Yinzhihuang oral liquid. Methods Contents of blood-group substances in Yinzhihuang oral liquid were detected with micro column gel technique assay (MGTA) , and the antibody titer changes of anti-A and B were compared before and after Yinzhihuang oral liquid and antiserum reaction. Results After the neutralization reaction, the antibody titer of anti-A remained unchanged, while the antibody titer of anti-B decreased. The result proved that there was only blood group B substance and no blood group A substance in the Yinzhihuang oral liquid. Conclusion The MGTA has the advantages of high sensitivity and easy procedure in detection of contents of blood-group substance ; the blood group B substance exists in Yinzhihuang oral liquid, which may provide a theoretical basis in early intervention of hemolytic disease of the newborns induced by the maternal-fetal blood group incompatibility.
