摘要
地方小吃是地方饮食文化的重要组成部分。为了保护饮食文化的多样性,传承与发展本地的民族饮食文化,对桂林小吃的生存现状进行了分析,建议从规范制作流程与营销模式等方面进行创新,传承与发展桂林传统小吃以及相关饮食文化。
Local snacks represents a key part of local catering culture. The article argues that efforts be made on inheritance and development of Guilin traditional snacks by inheriting and developing local ethnic catering cul- ture, analyzing the survival of Guilin snacks as well as innovating specification of the production process and marketing models in an attempt to preserve the diversity of the regional catering culture.
