随着南宁市创城工作的深入推进和市民对居住环境要求的逐步提高,城市环境不断美化,但因相关法律法规严重滞后、城市功能区规划不完善和监管工作的部分缺失等,导致环境信访问题日益突出,必须研究对策,以免影响和谐宜居南宁的构建。

The seriously time-lagging laws and regulations, defective Functional area planning and partially deficient supervision result in increasingly prominent problems in letters and calls on environment, greatly affecting the construction of harmonious and liv- able city of Nanning.
