林笑峰先生致力倡导"体质教育"、"真义体育"和"健身教育",对我国体育学术研究影响甚巨,但从学术研究的科学要求来看,尚存诸多逻辑问题,不是很成功的。对此,我俩在通信中曾作了坦诚的讨论,现将这些讨论加了注释和评说公之于世,希望对研究先生的学术思想有所助益。
