活血通窍方提取液抗前列腺增生的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察活血通窍方提取液对前列腺增生动物模型的影响。方法应用丙酸睾丸酮复制小鼠前列腺增生模型,探讨活血通窍方提取液抗前列腺增生的作用;应用去氧肾上腺素注射液致大鼠膀胱内压升高动物模型,探讨活血通窍方提取液对膀胱α肾上腺素能受体的作用。结果活血通窍方提取液可显著减轻鼠前列腺增生模型的前列腺湿重及其脏器指数,还可显著降低静脉注射去氧肾上腺素前大鼠基础膀胱内压值,同时也可降低静脉注射去氧肾上腺素所致的大鼠膀胱内压升高,减少其膀胱内压的变化值,活血通窍方疗效明显优于复方天益胶囊。结论活血通窍方提取液治疗前列腺增生症明显优于复方天益胶囊,具有更好的应用前景,作用机理可能与该药抑制前列腺体积增生和拮抗α肾上腺素能受体介导的平滑肌张力增加有关。 Objective To observe the effects of the Huoxue Tongqiao formula extract on the animal model of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Testosterone propionate was used to replicate the mouse model of prostatic hyperplasia. The effects of the Huoxue Tongqiao formula extract on anti-prostatic hyperplasia were discussed. The injection with phenylephrine was carried out to make the rat model of high intravesical pressure. The effects of Huoxue Tongqiao formula extract on adrenoceptor in bladder were discussed. Results The extract of Huoxue Tongqiao formula could significantly decrease the humid weight of prostate, its viscera index, the rats" basic intra-bladder pressure before the intravenous injection with phenylephrine,and also the rising of the intravesical pressure caused by the injection. In the aspect of reducing the change values of the intravesieal pressure, the Huoxue Tongqiao formula was superior to compound Tianyi capsule. Conclusion The extract of Huoxue Tongqiao formula has superior curative effect on prostate hyperplasia than compound Tianyi capsule and also a better application prospect. Its mechanism may be relevant to its inhibition of prostate volume hyperplasia and the increase of α-adrenoceptor antagonist mediated smooth muscular tension.
