肝移植后胆道并发症的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 Starzl 于1963年开展了第一例肝移植手术.经过半个世纪的探索与发展,肝移植已被公认为治疗终末期肝脏疾病的首选治疗方案.但术后胆道并发症一直是肝脏移植的薄弱环节,有＂阿喀琉斯之踵＂（Achilles＇ heel）之称,严重影响着移植肝存活率及患者生活质量.本文对肝移植后胆道并发症的类型、病因及发病机制、诊断及治疗进展进行综合评述.
