科技期刊在高校学科建设与人才培养中的作用

The Function of Scientific Journals in Discipline Construction and Personnel Training in Colleges and Universities

阐述了科技期刊作为高校办学教育的一个重要组成部分,在学科建设和人才培养当中起到了很大的推动作用。在不断地尝试为科技期刊投稿和锻炼的过程中,高校学生和其他投稿者逐渐培养起完整的、成体系的科研能力、表达能力和学术交流能力。分析当前我国科技期刊存在着限制其自身发展的问题,提出相应建议。

It is explained that scientific and technological journals have played an important role in college education in terms of discipline construction and personnel training. Students and other authors are taught to obtain the complete and systemic abilities of doing scientific researches, expression and academic communication. This paper analyzes the problems which confine the technological journals developing, and proposes some suggestions.
