大学生就业质量的结构模型初探——以福建省部分高校为例

The Structure Model of Employment Quality of College Students' ——A Case Study of Parts of Colleges and Universities in Fujian

在访谈的基础上结合国内外的相关研究,对大学生就业质量的结构进行了构建,并编制了《大学生就业质量问卷》。综合前人的研究结果,认为可以从就业过程和就业结果两个方面来衡量就业质量。选取了福建省部分高校681名大学生作为被试,并对数据进行了探索性因素分析、结构方程模型对比和验证性因子分析。研究结果表明:大学生就业质量由就业生存、就业关系和就业成长三个维度构成。以此为理论构想而编制的《大学生就业质量问卷》,具有较好的信度和效度,能够作为我国大学生就业质量的测量工具。

This study combined domestic and foreign relevant researches on the basis of the interviews. The structure of college students＇ employment quality was built. ＂The Questionnaire of College Students＇ Employment Quality＂ was compiled. This study selected 681 college students as subjects, and the data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, structure equation model comparison and confirmatory factor. The results show that the quality of College Students＇ employment was consisted of employment, employment relationship and employment growth of survival in three dimensions. ＂The Questionnaire of College Students＇ Employment Quality＂ was based on the results. It is of high reliability and validity, and can be used as a measuring tool for employment quality of college students in China.
