摘要
为探讨边防海警战士的人格分类模型,以496名边防海警战士的MMPI量表测验数据为基础,对海警战士进行聚类分析。结果显示:通过聚类分析得到三种基本的人格类型,经F检验和LSD检验,表明3种人格类型在5个附加量表上的测验分数均具有显著差异。结论:边防海警战士的人格特征可以分为自律成熟型、中间型、怯懦不成熟型,这一分类模型可为边防海警部队心理健康教育与管理提供依据。
To explore the categorised model of the maritime police personality. Methods：MMPI and cluster analysis were used to investigate 496 maritime policemen. Results：three basic personality types can be categorized and testified by F and LSD tests and the scores on five additional inventories are significantly different. Conclusion： The three categories of self-disciplined maturity type, middle type and coward immaturity type can provide a practical approach for the maritime police’s psychological education and administration.
