我国教育门户网站教育信息公开情况的调查

A Case Study on the Present Development of Educational Information Publicity on the Prefecture-level City Administrations Websites

以我国286个地级市教育门户网站为对象,根据《政府信息公开条例》,从教育信息公开的内容与形式以及获取信息的便捷性三个维度,调查分析我国各地级市教育门户网站教育信息公开的现状;针对各网站存在的公开信息不完整、网页链接错误、文不对题、信息散乱等问题,提出了加强教育门户网站的集成性及技术维护、制定统一考核标准及评估体系、增强监督机制和完善教育信息公开体制的建设等对策。

The present study, based on the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Government Information Discloure, investigated 286 prefecture-level educational administrations websites to survey the status of info-transparency in the dimensions of contents, forms and convenience. It displayed the problems of incomplete information, Webpage link error, irrelevant ill-structured and information, etc., thus suggesting that such steps be taken as consolidating the integration and technical support of websites, formulating unified evaluating standards and systems, reinforcing supervision and advancing info-disclosure mechanism to push forward the perfection of local educational departments information transparency.
