摘要
为总结教师培训在理念、内容、方式等方面的"由量到量质并重"转型提升之经验,以宁波市为例提出:在教师培训理念上,要建构"服务型教师培训"体系,关注教师的个性化发展,致力于教师"追求卓越"的努力;在培训内容上,基于"4X·双核"理念和教师专业发展标准设计课程,兼顾教师培训需求;在培训方式上,通过"百名名师"的专业引领,"千名骨干"的积极跟进,"万名教师"的全员参与,最终实现全体教师的共同提高的"学导共进范式"。上述经验对教师专业发展的理论与实践具有积极的启发意义。
Teachers training has been transformed from quantity to quantity and quality in terms of concepts, contents and methods. This paper considers the case of Ningbo's teachers training, thus suggesting that a service-oriented training mode of learning and tutoring be conceptually established to focus on teachers' individualistic development and pursuit of excellence, with curricular design to be based on the 4X - duo core conception, directed by excellent elite instructors and opened to thousands of teachers.
