初中英语小班化课堂教学管理研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究英语小班化课堂教学管理措施的有效性,在两个平行班中选择实验班(20名学生)与对照班(35名学生)开展1年半的实验研究,结果发现:实验班(小班)成绩显著优于对照班(大班)。进一步分析表明,英语小班化教学管理模式(四种语言技能、教学激励管理、教学环节设计管理)是促进实验班成绩的主要原因。研究结果对英语小班化教学实践具有积极意义。
