持续质量改进在预防普外科意外拨管中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Preventing Unplanned Extubation in General Surgery Department

目的探讨持续质量改进在预防普外科意外拨管中的应用效果。方法成立持续质量改进(CQI)活动小组,围绕普外科意外拨管问题进行讨论,整个活动运用持续质量改进方法,收集资料,评估改进前意外拨管现状,并进行原因分析,制定预期目标,采取相应预防意外拨管改进方案,对实施改进措施前后的防意外拨管情况进行统计学分析。结果应用CQI后的意外拨管发生率比改进前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论应用持续质量改进预防意外拨管,可明显降低普外科意外拨管的发生。

Objective The study was designed to investigate the application effect of Continuous Quality Improvement （CQI） in preventing unplanned extubation （UEX） in general surgery department. Methods CQI management group was established to discuss the issues of UEX in general surgery with the application of CQI methods in the whole process, including information collection, assessing UEX situation before and after improvement, cause analysis, targets making and preventing UEX by corresponding improvement measures, statistical analysis for UEX before and after the implementation of measures. Result The incidence of UEX fell significantly after application of CQI （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of CQI can significantly reduce the occurrence of UEX in General Surgery Department.
