The Reflection on Management of Non-permanent Staff in Hospitals

目前,公立医院大量聘用编外人员,如何在编内与编外形成的二元人力资源结构下,规范、高效地管理编外人员,使其与医院共谋发展,是目前医院人力资源管理部门研究的重要课题。

Currently, a large number of non-permanent staff is employed in public hospitals. It is an important issue for the human management department in hospital to manage the non-permanent staff standardly and efficiently as well as encourage them to seek development with the hospitals in the binary structure of human resources compiled with permanent and non-permanent staff.
