摘要
医务社会工作既能提升病友服务质量,又有助于减轻医院医疗负担,缓解医患矛盾,对大型公立医院创新人本管理机制,推进科学发展具有重要意义。然而,当前医务社会工作培训和管理的传统模式没有科学整合和挖掘现有人力资源的潜力,专业的隔阂影响了制度功能的发挥。立足"元素——整体"的视角,某大型三甲公立医院通过发挥组合功能,为医务社会工作人力资源专业整合模式探索了新的思路。
Medical social work, which could improve the service quality on wardmates, reduce medical burden for hospitals and relieve doctor- patient conflicts, has significant influence on the innovation of human management mechanism in large public hospitals and promotion of their scientific development. However, current traditional training and management model for medical social work has not scientifically integrated and exploited the potentiality of current human resources. Majors affect the performance of this system. From the perspective of "element-entirety", a large threetertiary hospital has explored a new way for the integration of the major of medical soeial work human resources.
