爱维治治疗2型糖尿病神经病变疼痛的疗效

Clinical Trial for Effects of Actovegin for the Treatment of Pain Caused by Diabetic Peripherial Neuropathy

目的探讨爱维治治疗 2型糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛的有效性与安全性。 方法选择中、重度糖尿病周围神经病变患者 2 1例 ,爱维治 80 0mg静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,3周为 1疗程。观察治疗前后症状与神经电生理的变化。 结果疼痛症状有不同程度的改善 ,其中明显改善为 14.2 % (3/ 2 1) ,中度改善 47.7% (10 / 2 1) ,轻度改善33.3% (7/ 2 1) ,无变化为 4.8% (1/ 2 1)。神经传导速度在治疗后虽有不同程度改善 ,但无显著性差异。仅 1例患者出现轻微的注射部位不良反应。 结论爱维治有效改善神经病变患者不同程度与不同种类的疼痛症状 ,副作用少 ,安全可靠。

Objective To study the effects and safety of Actovegin in the treatment of pain caused by diabetic peripherial neuropathy. Methods 21 patients with moderate or severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy were given Actovegin, 800mg/day introdrip, three weeks. The changes of symptoms and electrophysiology of the nerve were observed. Results The symptoms of the nervous system in 20 patients were improved after 3 weeks by different degrees. The obvious, moderate and mild efficacy rates were 14.2%, 47.7%and 33.3%, respectively. Only 1 patient has no improvement. The nerve conduction velocity was improved after treatment, but it was not significant. Only 1 patient was experienced mild side effect on the injection site. Conclusion Actovegin is an effective and safe drug for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
